“The reason why we run this award ceremony is because as an artist ourselves, we understand how challenging it is to rise up and succeed in the creative industry and therefore, want to recognise these artists for their achievements. This way, may our current students be inspired by these role models and exemplify them, work hard and one day, walk in their footsteps. All these are really, in line with our Masters Train Masters coaching philosophy that we not just have industry leaders coming over and sharing their work experience with our students to complete the cycle of creating experts in the creative field, but also give them inspiration through the Malaysia Top 10 Outstanding Young Artists Awards ceremonies,” said Tatsun Hoi, Founder and Principal of The One Academy.
