YCDP is a two-year leadership development programme for young Malaysian professionals that provides its participants the opportunity to master critical skills and knowledge required of a future CEO.
Programme fee of MYR50,000 will be waived for all participants.

Requirements
- Malaysians and permanent residents residing in Malaysia.
- Must possess a bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Young professionals from all sectors within the age group of 23 to 28.
- A minimum of 6 months of work experience.
How Do You Apply?
Step 1 - Online Application

Step 2 - Online Assessment
Our assessments are unique to YCDP and helps us determine if the programme is a good fit for you.

**It is advisable that you allocate 1 hour to complete the assessment in a distraction-free environment.
Step 3 - Face-To-Face Interview
This is the final stage of the application process. We'd like to get to know you better and give you a chance to ask us questions.
