Course Overview

The highly competitive field of events management demands top work ethics from its professionals, and to reach the top requires a solid start. Management and Science University (MSU) is certified a Gold Award School of Hospitality and Tourism by the Malaysia Tourism Council (MTC), and is the first Malaysian International Centre of Excellence of the Asia Pacific Institute for Events Management (APIEM). This programme is designed to enhance the student’s ability to function effectively at the strategic level within the public and the private sectors of international events and tourism management.

Entry Requirements

i. Bachelor's degree (Level 6 MOH) with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 or its equivalent as accepted by the HEP senate; or

ii. Bachelor's Degree (Level 6 MOH) or thereby but not reaching 2.50 can be admitted subject to a minimum of 5 years working experience in the relevant field

International student are required to have a minimum score of 6.00 for International English Language Testing System (IELTS) or equivalent; or a minimum overall Test of english as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) score of 550; or a credit in English 1119
