SPM at least Credits in Bahasa Melayu and a Pass in Sejarah. Credits in July's Bahasa Melayu Paper will also be counted

AND

STPM at least PNGK 2.00 with Grade C in 3 subjects including Pengajian Am;

AND

MUET at least Band 1

SYARAT KHAS

STPM at least PNGK 2.75

AND

STPM at least Grade B in 2 subjects including:

• Biology

AND

STPM at least Grade C in 1 other subjects excluding Pengajian Am

AND

MUET at least band 3

AND

Applicants do not have physical disability in performing practical and clinical works
