Meet the key personnel who are driving the success of our programmes and initiatives.

  Datuk Eric Chong

  Founder and Managing Director

  Datuk’s mission is to inspire as many people as he can to realise their fullest potential and to be the best that they can be. Every process of our development is based on Datuk Eric.

  He contributes to every aspect of the college. One of his major contributions is when he invented the “Success Programme”. This programme is to invite entrepreneurs to educate our students with the ups and downs of their business. Through this, our students are usually selected by this entrepreneurs to be their intern.

  Datuk Eric also started to “Go Beyond Limit” camp. Runned by Datuk Eric himself. This is a special programme to motivate students in different way. Datuk Eric had been in the education system for over 20 years. Datuk Eric has trained up to 300,000 Malaysians to acquire the English language.

  With over 20 centres in Malaysia, this vision is to be implemented by the year 2020, which is to train up to 1,000,000 people. Datuk Eric has also started the Erickids organization. It is implement our different concept to students at a younger age. They have up to 1,000 kids that has joined.
