  Mohamad Hj Kamal Nawawi brings with him 12 years of experience in the education industry. As a person with experience in various industries, he strongly believes in providing the students who pass through the doors of Kuala Lumpur Metropolitan University College (KLMUC) with a rich and wholesome experience that will enable them to emerge triumphant in the ever competitive corporate world.

  He has served as the Chief Executive Officer of KLMUC since May 2014.

  His experience in the area of talent management, makes Kamal a very Pasionate person who is able to attract, develop, motivate, and retain productive and engaged employees. He is also able to create a high-performance, sustainable organisation that meets its strategic and operational goals and objectives.

  Kamal also has extensive knowledge in the area of leadership development which he actively incorporates among his staff and students. This brings with it the retention of more motivated and engaged people who are inspired by their leaders to excel.
