UNITAR seeks graduates with a bachelor’s degree in the relevant field from recognised universities to enrol at the university’s MSc by research programmes.
They should have good academic credentials and demonstrate clearly defined professional goals that will enhance or meet the traditional or professional graduate education. Candidates who have enrolled in a master’s programme at other approved institutions may apply for a transfer to the graduate programme of this university.
Entry Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (honours) from UNITAR or from a recognised
university, preferably with adequate training background.
International students must possess a minimum English Language proficiency before being allowed to register for Faculty courses: TOEFL score of 550 or IELTS band of 6 (The validity period for TOEFL and IELTS is two years from the date awarded).
Programme
- Duration of Study
The minimum period for completing a master’s programme is three semesters (one year). The maximum period is 12 semesters (4
years). - Number of credits
24 research credits with a minimum of 4 research credits per semester. - Deadline for Application
Candidates can apply anytime throughout the year. Candidates will be advised as to when to register.
