The Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) has honoured the APIIT Education Group with the prestigious Prime Minister's Industry Excellence Award 2010 after a rigorous and thorough evaluation process. Only 1 organization is selected to receive the Prime Minister's Industry Excellence Award from among 27 others receiving awards in 8 categories.
APIIT Wins Industry Excellence Award Posted: 04 April 2011; Category: Achievement APIIT Education Group was honoured with the prestigious Prime Minister’s Industry ExcellenceAward 2010. APIIT were selected to receive this award from a total of 27 other institution ineight categories. Other than that, APIIT also received the Export Excellence Award (Services)for 2010.
SPM results for 2010 is the best in four years. A total of 363 students scored all A+ while the number are only 214 students in the previous year. 9239 students obtained distinctions (a combination of A+, A, and A-) which grow from 7987 students in the previous year. In overall, 368559 students are eligible to receive their SPM certificate which grows from 364046 in the year 2009.

Sekampung Sehati wins People’s Choice Award in Malaysia Airlines’ short film competition Posted: 15 June 2010; Category: Achievement Miri – 7 June 2010 – Sekampung Sehati, a humorous short film about a couple’s dilemma of what to pack for their first-ever flight to Kuala Lumpur, emerged winner of the People’s Choice Award when the results of Malaysia Airlines’ Detik-detik MH Short Film Competition were announced on 21 May 2010.
Taylor's World Class Scholarship (TWCS) offers financial aids to students with exceptional academic results and leadership qualities and also invaluable opportunities to intern or train with global brand names. Since its launch in 2006, the TWCS has disbursed over RM6 million to 68 recipients.
This year, in collaboration with 23 world-class multinationals, another 22 outstanding students were awarded with the TWCS valued at over RM1.5 million.
The American Degree Transfer Program (ADTP) at Sunway University College (Sunway) held a Dean’s List and Completion Award presentation ceremony for the August to December 2009 semester students at the poolside area on campus recently.
