About the institution

Founded in 2008 by industry practitioners, System & Skills Training Concept (SSTC) is an award-winning Training Provider approved and accredited under JPK and HRD Corp. SSTC specializes in offering practical, relevant and high-quality accounting and human resource courses. The qualifications delivered are internationally recognized and future proof, taking into consideration trending technological changes.

SSTC prominent professional body partners include The Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT), the International Federation of Professional Managers (IFPM), and the Society of Business Practitioners (SBP). Located in busy Bandar Puteri Puchong, Selangor, SSTC is the largest AAT Training Provider in Malaysia.

Why study at SSTC?

SSTC offers some of the lowest fees in terms of accounting, human resources and business courses. SSTC learners can also apply for PTPK study loans, full scholarships from government funding agencies and other forms of financial support. Besides, all our courses are HRDC claimable.

SSTC has been a programme partner of Yayasan Peneraju since 2019. Bumiputera youths aged 18 – 25 are encouraged to apply for the 100% sponsorship to study AAT Level 3 Diploma in Accounting with cloud accounting certification. The sponsorship covers all tuition fees, study texts, assessments fees, hostel accommodation and a monthly allowance. Job placement is guaranteed upon successful completion of the course.

SSTC has very high employment rates and its extensive employer network ensures successful job placement for every graduate. SSTC aims to help school leavers and working adults acquire marketable work skills and knowledge so that they can improve their work performance and secure future opportunities.

SSTC also provides a FAST Track for SPM/IGCSE leavers to be Chartered Accountants. Students not only save time but costs.

Internationally Recongised Qualifications

We are flexible. Our courses are available full-time or on a part-time basis, delivered either online, physical or blended. We also offer customized in-house corporate training. All our courses are HRDC claimable.

Accounting & Finance

  1. SIJIL KEMAHIRAN MALAYSIA (SKM) Level 3 (Accounting) & AAT Level 2 Certificate in Bookkeeping
    Students aged 16 years and above can join the full-time dual qualification training programme. Students can apply for 100% study loan from PTPK which may include a monthly allowance, hostel fees and purchase of a laptop. Students do not need to pay extra fees for the AAT course, books and examination fees. Students will undergo a 3-months industrial training.
  2. AAT PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNTING QUALIFICATIONS
    1. AAT Level 2 Certificate in Bookkeeping
      This is a short course (2 – 4 months) on bookkeeping. Students will learn how to record and maintain a full set of accounts. Bookkeeping skills is one of the key skills sought after by employers.
    2. AAT Level 3 Diploma in Accounting
      Students will learn and develop skills needed for a range of financial processes, including maintaining cost accounting records, advanced bookkeeping and the preparation of financial reports and returns. Students will get dual qualification upon completion; i) AAT Level 3 Certificate in Bookkeeping, and ii) AAT Level 3 Diploma in Accounting.
    3. AAT Accelerated Pathway to Chartered Accountancy (Full-time only)
      Student with credits in English and Math can apply to go on a FAST Track to ACCA/CIMA/ICAEW. Students will complete their AAT Level 3 Certificate in Bookkeeping and AAT Level 4 Diploma in Professional Accounting in 1 year. Upon completion of this course, students will gain generous exemptions from ACCA/ ICAEW/ CIMA.
    4. AAT Level 4 Diploma in Professional Accounting
      AAT Level 4 is the highest level or final stage of the AAT Accounting qualification. Students will learn complex management accounting tasks, general management skills, drafting financial statements and specialist learning areas.


      Professional status and Further studies after AAT
      AAT qualification provides you with an opportunity to become a professional member of AAT and use MAAT after your name. You are also entitled to exemptions in the UK's chartered and certified accounting qualifications. Besides, if you want to pursue your career further in university, you are entitled to exemptions for up to two years in various universities in the UK.
  3. SHORT COURSES
    We offer short course training programmes to working adults and companies. Our courses include Excel, Autocount, Xeersoft, Finance for Non-finance Managers, Managing Cashflow, Business English, Supervisory Skills etc.

Human Resource

  1. Certified Human Resource Professional Program (CHRP)
    The CHRP validates learners' knowledge and skills of HR and commitment to continuing professional development. Completion of the 5-weeks online certification programme confers the right to use the title ‘Certified Human Resource Professional and the right to use the initials CHRP after your name.

Located in Bandar Puteri Puchong, we are just a 3 minutes' walk from the Bandar Puteri Puchong LRT station. Our 3-shops lot premises house practical and cosy learning facilities including a multi-purpose hall, computer lab, conference room with video conferencing facilities, a simulated training office and training rooms. The facilities at the centre are moulded for classroom training as well as practical and computer training. In a classroom environment, the centre can fit up to 25 trainees or more. With the small class size, it allows for one-on-one instruction, learning and coaching.

Learners can relax in the library which has a good range of books, texts, magazines and other literature. There are board games and card games available as well. The centre is wifi enabled. Learners can help themselves with light refreshments in the pantries during breaks. The male and female suraus located on the first floor are available for Muslim students and staff when they find it difficult to attend the mosque prayers.

Outstation students stay at our Hostels at Koi Tropika Kondominium. Hostel residents enjoy top-notched condominium facilities like a swimming pool, gymnasium, playground, sauna, cafeteria, mini mart, etc. with a 24-hour security.

Besides physical learning facilities, learners gain access to SSTC Learning Management System (LMS), AAT Lifelong Learning Portal, and Mindful Education Virtual Learning Environment (VLE).

AAT Assessment Venue

SSTC is an Approved Assessment Centre for AAT. Besides serving its own AAT students, international students may sit for their AAT computer-based assessments at SSTC. Students take the AAT mock assessments prior to taking the real assessments. This assures students' pass rates in the external assessments.

Job Placement

SSTC helps its graduates launch their careers by assisting to place them at reputable workplaces upon completion of their courses. Almost all our full-time graduates have been successfully placed in the industry. We also act as your mentor during your initial months of employment. If you have any issues at work, we are here to help and guide you.

Nurture & Development Workshops

We believe in cultivating students' character and developing a holistic person. Besides conducting character building, team building, communication and other key skills training workshops, students go on field trips and external training/ networking sessions.

Students via the Student Council can hone their leadership, communication and organizational skills as they plan for events and activities.

One of the best events organized by SSTC students and staff was the Mental Health Conference held at Kingsley International School on 20th October 2018. The conference partially funded by MBSJ was attended by more than 300 people, and officiated by YB Hannah Yeoh, the then Deputy Minister of Women, Family and Community Development.

Recognition and Accreditation

System & Skills Training Concept achieved a 4-star rating awarded by JPK for years 2017- 2019. The centre won the AAT Small Training Provider award in 2019 and was nominated for AAT Medium Training Provider 2020. There are more than 550 AAT Training Providers globally.
