- The respective higher education institutions will carry out the return of students to campus in phases as early as mid-February 2021.
- All students will receive a notification from their institution informing them of when to travel to campus.
- Students travelling from a red zone will need to travel at an earlier date in order to undergo a 10-day quarantine at a quarantine centre designated by their HEI.
- The respective HEIs will bear the students’ accommodation cost at the quarantine centre.
- Students who have symptoms, e.g., fever, upon arrival at campus will be referred to a clinic, hospital or health facility for a comprehensive health screening and if necessary, tested for Covid-19.

- All students must use the MySejahtera application on and off campus to enable contact tracing by the Malaysia Ministry of Health.
