Founded in year 2014, School of Skills provides vocational education in automotive, electrical and plumbing courses to school leavers.

We equip our students with relevant learning modules that they need in their path to pursue their passion in these industries.

School of Skills is accredited by Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) and our certification is endorsed by well-known overseas education partners. 

Our trainers and education consultants are ever ready to assist our students from pre-onboarding arrangements such as PTPK loan application, hostel arrangement to providing career guidance and job placement upon student’s graduation. It does not just stop here as our students enjoy lifetime access to our courses and support from our education consultant as and when they need it.

Through our wide network of strategic partners, our students have the opportunity to experience on-the-job training and industry exposure giving them a competitive edge against their peers.

Our philosophy as educators is providing all round support to our students in helping them pave a future for their career.

Student Support Services

We provide accommodation of Twin or Quad sharing room in our hostel. All rooms are equipped with bed, study table and a wardrobe. The hostel is strategically located near to Setia City Mall and our school.

Our school facilities include computer room, a library and spacious classroom for a conducive study environment. In addition, practical areas are equipped with 8 project cars, 2 bay areas, complete tools and car spare parts for students’ practical use.

Student Development Activities for Employability

Our students have access to lifetime career guidance and access to our courses. There are ready job opportunities available with our esteemed partners for students who graduated in our full course automotive.

The Student Experience

Through our collaboration with partners like WD40 and Aston Martin, our students get to meet like-minded individuals and experience a tour in our partners’ premises.

Scholarships and Financial Aid

PTPTK loan is always available and there are opportunities for grants as and when it is made available to our school.

Ken Foo COO / Principal, School Of Skills (SOS) My mission in life as the principal of our school is to contribute by providing our students the vocational education and training that they need to build a successful career in the field. I hope the positive learning environment in School of Skills can shape the young talents to pursue their passion. I started the School of Skills (SOS) in 2014 and together with my team, we build SoS from start up to a reputable college today. Our automotive program is accredited with Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) Level 2 & Level 3. Our students can finance their studies with government loan under Perbadanan Tabung Pembangunan Kemahiran (PTPK) for these SKM L2 & L3 programs. More importantly, School of Skills is more than just providing education to our students. We aim to provide them with lifelong support that helps them through their career. Our students are welcome to return to school for refresher courses when they want to and have access to our consultants to get career guidance. I am proud to get many partners supporting our school be it our international education partner or our corporate partners who provide internship and job placement opportunities to our students.
