We are committed to the development of the Malaysian higher education sector; and fully support the Government's 9th Malaysia Plan in human resource development, 'Strategic Plan For Higher Education: Laying The Foundation Beyond 2020' & 'National Higher Education Action Plan 2007-2010'. We will continue to work hand-in-hand with the government to materialise some of these strategies which include: making Malaysia a 'Centre of Educational Excellence'; uplifting the standard of higher education; widening access and enhancing equity; cultivating a lifelong learning culture; improving the quality of teaching and learning; intensifying internationalisation; and enhancing research and innovation.
MAPCU continues to uphold the principles of the National Education Philosophy and promotes professionalism as well as the integrity and quality of education at private colleges and universities within Malaysia.
