The application process begins with applicants submitting their details to MQA. Selected applicants will then undergo an aptitude test and a portfolio assessment. The outcome of a fruitful evaluation allows the applicants to receive an APEL certificate stating their readiness to apply for their desired programme, be it at certificate diploma, degree or master level. APEL is directed to courses in business management, information technology and the performing arts.
