Public varsity application status available online or via SMS

PETALING JAYA: Students with Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) qualifications or its equivalent who applied for entry into public universities (IPTAs) and premier polytechnics, can check their application status from 12pm today.

Students may also check their status via SMS by typing UPU RESULT (MyKad number) and sending it to 15888.

The Education Ministry in a statement said they can check and print their offer letters via the official websites of the respective institutions or at http://upu.moe.gov.my from tomorrow.

Successful candidates have to accept the offer by May 17 via the official websites of the respective institutions.
