March 31, 2015 | Campus News

The success of Chinese Independent High Schools in the nation is phenomenal with more and more students opting to study there. Recognising this, KBU embarked on a journey in creating a strong rapport with the schools.

“Our main purpose to visit the schools would be to bridge a mutually beneficial relationship between the organisations. After visiting the schools, we found that there are abundant opportunities for more strategic collaborations,” said Dr Chee.

“For instance, we would like to introduce exciting workshops, English language programmes and innovative projects which will enhance the students’ creative thinking and at the same time help in nurturing the leaders of tomorrow,” he added.

The visit was also intended to introduce the quality UK programmes,  fun-learning approach adopted by the College and the attractive scholarship schemes offered at KBU.

“We are also happy about the warm welcome that we have received in all the schools. This will definitely open the door of opportunities between the organisations as the College will soon be upgraded to First City University College,” he said.
