The visit was aimed at motivating and showing support towards the affected children who are aged between 6 to 10 years by conducting educational games with them, as well as give the students the opportunity to engage in community outreach.

The Foundation Studies Department plans to organise more of such events in the future to engage with the wider community and give back to the society.

Founded in November 2001, the Sarawak Children’s Cancer Society is a non-profit organisation dedicated to meeting the needs of families with children diagnosed with childhood cancer.
