Further to the recent announcement made by Tunku Abdul Rahman University College (‘TAR UC’) on the implementation of online learning till the end of the year, TAR UC would like to inform the following key points:

  1. Online learning will be continued till the end of this year regardless whether campuses can be opened for face-to-face activities.

The safety and well-being of students and staff will always be TAR UC's top priority as the nation continues its efforts to contain the Covid-19 Pandemic. As such, we believe online learning is the most feasible learning mode in the coming months to ensure students continue to learn effectively in a safe environment.

  2. If and only if the Government allows TAR UC to reopen its campuses in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Perak, Johor, Pahang and Sabah for face-to-face learning before 31 December 2020, students will be allowed to opt for face-to-face on-campus learning for classes, provided face-to-face learning can be made available by TAR UC.

Any face-to-face learning made available by TAR UC during this period shall be in full compliance with the post MCO Standard Operating Procedures issued by the Government.

TAR UC Management will continue to monitor the prevailing situation closely and engage with the relevant authorities to further refine and enhance all precautionary measures put in place from time to time to help contain the pandemic.

Students or parents who require further clarification on this matter can always get in touch with TAR UC. The list of contact numbers can be found in TAR UC official website at www.tarc.edu.my or the public can also connect with TAR UC through its official Facebook page @tunkuabdulrahmanuniversitycollege.
