Heriot-Watt University Malaysia Martinus Yudhistira Soegiono | Indonesia 2nd Year, BSc Actuarial Science | 3 years

I chose Heriot-Watt University after extensive research that proved to me what an outstanding university it is. As an Indonesian from a middleincome family, studying in the UK seemed like quite the impossible dream for me. But when I heard that a new campus was to open in Malaysia, it suddenly made a lot of sense for me to study here. It was a fantastic opportunity. The standards here are exactly the same as in the UK, but with a fee structure that is far more affordable in Ringgit Malaysia. I cannot think of a better place to go and have enjoyed every bit of my student experience here.

The University of Nottingham Malaysia Campus | Darshika Chaturvedi | India | BA (Honours) International Business Management | 3 Years

Studying at The University of Nottingham Malaysia Campus (UNMC) was the best decision I have ever made. I had always wanted to study in an environment that was multicultural and could give me the best in academics - UNMC had been just that and more. The diverse cultural background of students enabled me to become more flexible and adapting. The most exciting part was that I obtained a British degree while paying fees in Ringgit, without compromising on the quality of my academic experience.

After I graduated from RMIT, I decided to pursue an MPhil degree at Curtin Sarawak because of the high quality of Curtin's postgraduate programmes. Its campus is beautiful and its staff friendly and accommodating. Studying a master by research is quite tough but I'm glad I have a lot of support from my supervisors and fellow students from around the world. Curtin Sarawak is not only helping me fulfil my dreams but is also giving me an unforgettable student experience.
