UPU 2016/17 results and appeal

If you're an STPM (or equivalent) school leaver and made an application through UPUOnline for the 2016/2017 academic session, here's what you need to know:
- You can check your results online from 8 August 2016 onwards, starting at 12.00 noon at http://upu.jpt.moe.gov.my
- If you decide to accept your offer, you need to verify your acceptance of offer by 22 August 2016
- If you didn't receive any offers to a public university, you are allowed to appeal through e-Rayuan, from 8-12 August, 2016 through http://upu.jpt.moe.gov.my
- For e-Rayuan, you are given four programme options. You can make unlimited changes to your appeal options until the closing date, that is, at 11.59pm on 12 August 2016
- Results of the appeal will be announced twice – on 25 August and 13 September 2016
- All decisions are final – if you do not hear from any public university by 13 September, it is deemed that your appeal has been successful
- Registration for new students will be from 28 August to 4 September 2016, depending on the respective public universities

- If you applied to Universiti Malaya for the 2016/2017 academic session, the results are also online from 8 August onwards at myum-id.um.edu.my
- Unsuccessful applicants can make an appeal from 8-14 August before 11.59pm at the same website using the same username and password used to check your results
- The results of the appeal will be released on 28 August 2016

- If you applied to Universiti Sains Malaysia for the 2016/2017 academic session, the results are also online from 8 August onwards at https://pohon.usm.my/
- Acceptance of the offer, or appeals, must be made from 8-14 August before 11.59pm at the same website
- Only applicants who have not received any offers from any public universities are allowed to submit an appeal
