MSEAF stands for Malayan Sikhs Education Aid Fund.
It was founded since 1951 and the objective is to encourage deserving Sikh students in Malaysia to go for higher education by granting interest free aid for education in all public or private educational institutions of higher learning within Malaysia or overseas. By helping the cause of education generally, MSEAF believe it has assisted many Sikhs in their finance especially in B40 groups.

MSEAF Purpose
MSEAF ( Malayan Sikhs Education Aid Fund ) is aim to provide eligible Sikh students with education loan. For education loan, we gather and raise funds by subscriptions, donations and by all other means considered desirable.
We also provide advisory board consultation to advice student on their courses selected.
Sikh Education Loan Aids
To encourage as many eligible Sikh students to go for higher education, MSEAF aid fund is here to provide the necessary financial assistant.
Up to date we have received 1,623 applications, where 92% of suitable candidates are vet through and 85% were successful candidates. Total of RM1.05 million has been paid out. Repayments are upon commencement of employment.
