Rapid developments in recent decades within technology and biological science have created completely new ways of producing and processing foods. MSU's Master in Food Service Technology programme offers a challenging graduate programme to candidates keen on enhancing their knowledge in food service technology. The main objective of the programme is to prepare students in terms of knowledge, skills in food service technology and also producing innovative and confident manpower. Experimental design and appropriate data analysis for case studies in food science and technology will be discussed, and the use of statistical software emphasised.
Graduates of the Food Service Technology programme generally find a job in either one of the food industries, private companies, the government, universities or institutes.
