Course Overview

Cambridge GCE A level is the ‘global standard qualification’ designed by University of Cambridge International Examination (CIE). It guarantees admission at all the world’s major English speaking universities. It’s the largest global provider of international education programs and qualifications.Terra College is the appoved centre for conducting Cambridge International Examinations, which includes the A-level program offered at Terra.

The Terra A level program helps the students to develop indepth knowledge on each subject. It provides a solid grounding for tertiary studies in medicine, pharmacy, dentistry, engineering, computer science, information technology, bio-technology, law, business, psychology, mass communication and other related programs. It also encourages students to become compassionate and pro-active life-long learners.

Curriculum

Accounting, Biology, Business studies, Chemistry, Economics, Further Mathematics, Law, Mathematics, Physics, Thinking skills, Bahasa Kebangsaan A/B Note :

• Candidates can choose a total of 3 or 4 core subjects for A-level. In addition, Thinking Skills and Bahasa Kebangsaan A/B are compulsory.
• The following is a guide to the most popular combinations students choose as pathways to various university courses. Please note that these combinations are not compulsory or absolute; for further information and/or advice, please consult a qualified member of staff.

Entry Requirements

• SPM – Min. 5 Credits in 5 subjects including English.
• Pass GCE ‘O’ Level: Min 5 Credit in 5 subjects including English.
• Other academic qualification that is equivalent and recognized by the Malaysian Qualification Agency (MQA) and the Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia.
• To be eligible to enter Bachelor of Medicine / Pharmacy / Dentistry – SPM min. 5 B’s including Mathematics, Additional Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry & Biology / Technical subject.
