SYARAT AM

SPM with at least credits in Bahasa Melayu and pass Sejarah. Credits in July's Bahasa Melayu Paper will also be counted

AND

STPM with at least PNGK 2.00 with Grade C in any 3 subjects including Pengajian Am

AND

MUET at least Band 1 

SYARAT KHAS

SPM with at least Grade C in Mathematics or Additional Mathematics

AND

SPM Pass any one subject including Science/Sports Science Knowledge/Physics/Chemistry/Biology

AND

at least used to represent State in sports and games

AND

Do not have color blind and do not have disability physically

AND

Pass MEdSI Test

AND

Pass the interview

AND

Pass the special test

AND

MUET at least Band 2
