Environmental and Occupational Health Programme is offered by the School of Health Sciences, as a full time 4 years (8 semesters) undergraduate academic programme. Students will be awarded the Bachelor of Health Sciences (Environmental and Occupational Health) upon completion of the programme.
Environmental and Occupational Health Programme is an integrative academic programme involves interdisciplinary field. The tools of science and technology are used to solve human health problems related to the environment and occupational issues. Knowledge in the field of environment and occupational health will serve as a competitive advantage that enables the graduates to work effectively with medical professionals involved in the treatment and rehabilitation of individuals with environmental and occupational related problems. The designation and development of the programme is aimed to fulfill the specific needs of potential employers, regulators and modern society in general. The students will be trained on international quality management systems, including ISO9001, ISO14001, OSHAS18000, ILO-OSH 2001 and MS 1722: 2003.
Students will also be exposed to knowledge in the field of quantitative chemistry with special attention on skills of handling analytical instruments to measure pollutants in outdoors and indoors samples, independently. Students will gain real life experience through 6 months Smart Partnership Scheme established between the university, industries and government institutions.

iii. Mendapat sekurang-kurangnya Tahap 2 (Band 2) dalam Malaysian University English Test (MUET). |
