Course Description | Programme focuses on essential knowledge and skills in Computer Numerical Control (CNC) precision machining technologies and processes. Applications of CNC precision machining includes CNC milling 2 & 3 axis, CNC milling 5 axis, CNC turning and CNC grinding where the programme will cover the concept of CNC machining and machine setup. Computer software programmes such as CATIA and Powermill will be used to design parts and create programmes to run the CNC machines performing production runs and job set-ups in a manufacturing environment. |
