Course Description

The Internet Engineering programme aims at producing professionals who will spearhead the design and direction of future Internet architecture, infrastructure and applications. This programme equips graduates with advanced and profound concepts that underlie the design and implementation of Internet-based systems. In addition, students will also acquire practical skills that are crucial for entering the job market.

Entry Requirements
  1. A BACHELOR’S DEGREE WITH MINIMUM CGPA OF 2.75 IN THE RELEVANT FIELD FROM ANY HIGHER EDUCATION RECOGNIZED BY GOVERNMENT, AS ACCEPTED BY THE UNIVERSITY SENATE; OR
  2. A BACHELOR’S DEGREE WITH MINIMUM CGPA OF 2.50 AND NOT MEETING CGPA OF 2.75, CAN BE ACCEPTED SUBJECT TO RIGOROUS INTERNAL ASSESSMENT BY UNIVERSITY SENATE; OR
  3. A BACHELOR’S DEGREE WITH CGPA OF BELOW 2.50, CAN BE ACCEPTED SUBJECTED TO A MINIMUM OF FIVE (5) YEARS WORKING EXPERIENCE IN THE RELEVANT FIELD; OR
  4. OTHER QUALIFICATIONS THAT RECOGNISED BY THE UNIVERSITY SENATE.

ENGLISH LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS: PASS INTERNATIONAL ENGLISH LANGUAGE TESTING SYSTEM (IELTS) WITH A MINIMUM SCORE OF 6.0 OR EQUIVALENT
