| Course Description | Our Bachelor of Real Estate Management and Auction (Hons) prepares students with an in-depth understanding of real estate perspectives. Students are taught essential knowledge and skills in business, real estate and auction that permit them to practice as registered valuers, estate agents, property managers, property developers, property investment consultants and auctioneers. Students will attain professional skills to ensure ethical and legal practices are adhered to. Real estate activities cover not only the property market but includes property development, property finance & investment, property law, property management, and business and property valuation. Students can register with The Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia, and can apply for licenses to practice as auctioneers from the respective State authorities. The curriculum is designed in line with the requirements of Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia (BoVAEA), The Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM) and The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, United Kingdom (RICS). |
