The Bachelor in Finance (Honours) (BFN) is an undergraduate academic programme that leverages on a unique learning opportunity in the combined disciplines of Finance, Law and Management. Students pursuing the programme will be exposed both to the rich tradition and rigour of the investment as well as to the state-of-the-art technologies used in the fields of economics, management, marketing, finance and insurance. As such, graduates of the programme are expected to be competent to handle not only the common financetransactional matters but as well to provide advice on complex strategic issues in business decision-making process.
(i) Pass STPM/A Level and obtain full pass in 2 subjects;
(ii) Pass Ministry of Education Matriculation;
(iii) Pass Foundation Programme from Public or Private Higher Learning Institution (IPTA/IPTS) approved by Ministry of Higher Education (KPTM) and meets the minimum standard/accreditated by MQA;
(iv) Diploma from PTPL/MSU or Certificate/Diploma from Polytechnic or Public Higher Learning Institution (IPTA) recognised by KPT and MQA
(v) Pass the South Australian Matriculation (SAM) with Tertiary Entrance Rank (TER) 70 and Grade B in 2 subjects;
(vi) Pass Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) with at least grade B in 5 subjects
(vii) Other equivalent qualification recognised by the Malaysian Government

Graduates will find many opportunities in government services, private companies & organisations, consultancy firms, marketing agencies, banks, academia, as well as in international corporations and companies. Finance graduates qualify for careers as financial analyst, remisier, investment advisor, banker, financial planner or counsellor.
