Approved by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency, this programme provides you with a balance of technical and creative thinking courses, focusing on the application of information technology as it is used in the real world. It is designed to enable you to effectively deal with information technology components that have become an integral part of today’s increasingly complex business environment. * Students who have completed the Graduate Preparatory Course at the diploma level are not required to take this course again, but are required to take an additional University Course to ensure that a total of four (4) MPU2 courses are taken.

** Tamadun Islam & Tamadun Asia and Hubungan Etnik are meant to be for local students while Bahasa Melayu Komunikasi 2 and Pengajian Malaysia 3 are for international students.

Entry Requirements• Pass STPM or equivalent with at least a Grade C (GP 2.0) in 2 subjects and a credit in Mathematics at SPM level (or equivalent); OR • Pass Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) with at least the rank ‘jayyid’ and a credit in Mathematics at SPM; OR • Pass Matriculation / Foundation / ‘Asasi’ of any universities / colleges / institutions that are authorised to offer foundation programs with a minimum CGPA of 2.0; OR • Pass Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) with at least a Grade B in 5 subjects including Mathematics; OR • Pass Diploma (MQF Level 4) in computing with a minimum CGPA of 2.50; Candidates who obtain a CGPA of under 2:50 but above 2.0 may be admitted, subject to a rigorous assessment process; OR • Pass Diploma (MQF Level 4) in other fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 and a credit in Mathematics at SPM level (or equivalent); OR • Pass South Australian Matriculation (SAM) /Australian Matriculation (AUSMAT) / New South Wales: Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) with a minimum of 50% in 5 subjects including Mathematics; OR • Pass International Baccalaureate (IB), UK with 24 points in 6 subjects; OR • Pass the Canadian Pre-University (CPU) / Canadian International Matriculation Programme (CIMP) with minimum 50% in 6 subjects including Mathematics; OR • Any other qualifications that are recognised as equivalent. AND English Requirements for International Students • General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE) / International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) minimum Grade B; OR • International English Language Testing System (IELTS) 5.0; OR • Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) 520 (Paper Based TOEFL, PBT) / 68 (Internet Based TOEFL iBT) / 190 (computer-based TOEFL, CBT)
