Course Description

The Bachelor of Corporate Communication (Honours) programme provides students with a solid foundation in communication concepts, managerial practices, as well as strategic planning skills, media handling and public relations in an organisational context, to help them meet real-life scenarios and overcome future challenges. Besides learning key theories and relevant concepts that cover important aspects of corporate communication, they will also be given the opportunity to apply knowledge to face the real corporate world. These allow students to learn while engaging in hands-on exercises and assessments, guided by our experienced lecturers and industry experts.

Assessment:
Students’ ability is gauged both through continuous assessments and a final exam. The continuous assessment component comprises tests/quizzes and projects/assignments which accounts for an allocation of about 40-60% marks depending on the course. The balance of the marks is allocated for the final examination.

Entry Requirements
English Proficiency  (TOEFL) score of 500 OR (IELTS) score of 5.0 OR its equivalent
Matriculation / Pre-University / Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) programme or equivalent Pass with a minimum of grade C (CGPA 2.0) in TWO (2) subjects AND a credit in English at SPM level
General Certificate of Education Advanced (“A”) Level Pass A Level or equivalent with a minimum of grade D in TWO (2) subjects AND a credit in English at O level
Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) Pass with a minimum grade B IN five (5) subjects including English
Recognised Diploma in a related field Pass with a minimum CGPA 2.00 and a credit in English at SPM level or its equivalent
Other Qualifications Other equivalent qualifications recognised by the Malaysian Government
