Quest International University’s Diploma in Hotel Management is designed to develop and nurture you towards an exciting career in this high-growth industry of hotel management. It will provide you with a broad understanding of the operational aspects of the international hotel industry and knowledge of the underlying principles involved. It also looks at the social and economic environment in which hotels must operate in and the impact of new technologies to the industry.
Courses in this diploma provide instruction in Hotel Operations, Food and Beverage Management and Hospitality Administration that excite the students to learn. Students’ ability is gauged both through continuous assessments and a final exam. The continuous assessment component comprises tests/quizzes, mid-term examination and projects/assignments which accounts for an allocation of about 40-60 marks depending on the course. The balance of the marks is allocated for the final examination.
