Quest International University’s Diploma In Business Management programme designed to prepare you for a rewarding career in business management. With the many changes in how business of today is being conducted around the world, how well you succeed depends on how well you are being prepared to face it. Our programme incorporates students’ practical knowledge skills and competencies in business management at middle-level management or supervisory positions as well as encouraging students to reflect on their learning and to be increasingly self-motivated and self-critical via assignments and examinations throughout the course.
The programme equips students with core business principles and entrepreneurial skills to be able to work in and manage a small to medium size enterprise. Students not only acquire essential skills intended to enhance their own careers, they are also taught how to make a meaningful contribution to the strategic growth of any business or to one day manage their own business enterprises through lecture, fieldwork, case studies and practical applications
Graduates would find employment as Executive and Officers in a variety of areas such as Business, Finance, Market Research, Sales and Human Resource Management.
Careers in this field can be demanding, challenging and rewarding. Students with high standards, a commitment to success could manage business with leadership, social responsibilities and professionalism.
Students’ ability is gauged both through continuous assessments and a final exam. The continuous assessment component comprises tests/quizzes, mid-term examination and projects/assignments which accounts for an allocation of about 40-60 marks depending on the course. The balance of the marks is allocated for the final examination.
