This programme aims to provide a rigorous understanding of current learning and development, education and training issues, challenges and leadership values in different professional contexts Its specific goal is to drive mentoring and coaching, innovative training and assessment and design practices to an advanced level. Bachelors’ Degree | I) A Bachelor’s degree in the field or a related field of study with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 or its equivalent, as accepted by the Senate
OR |
II) A Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent with a CGPA below 2.50 may be accepted, subject to a minimum five (5) years’ work experience in a relevant field | |
Candidates without qualifications or work experience in a related field must undertake the prerequisite courses* determined by QIU and meet the minimum CGPA based on (I) to (II). | |
