Graduates can claim exemptions from 3 out of 7 papers of the CGI(ICSA) examination.

Course Description

This programme provides students with broad base knowledge in management, law, accounting, taxation, finance and corporate governance. It also provides opportunities for students to obtain the internationally recognized ICSA professional qualification.

It is designed to:

  1. Produce graduates with multidisciplinary knowledge and integrated skills that will prepare them not only for effective corporate management and administration but also to be self employed as professional entrepreneurs.
  2. Produce graduates with the ability to appreciate various changing and complex strategic issues facing business organizations and to formulate solutions and policies to address such concerns.
  3. Produce graduates with professional and ethical values and the essential soft skills necessary to stay ahead in the business world.
  4. Produce graduates with a solid sense of business and management acumen which will motivate them to pursue higher level of studies and lifelong learning.

Graduates can claim exemptions from 12 out of 16 papers of the ICSA examination.

Entry Requirements
  1. STPM - Grade C in 2 relevant subjects
  2. A Level - Grade D in 2 relevant subjects
  3. SAM - ATAR 70 and minimum Grade B in 2 relevant subjects
  4. UEC - Grade B in 5 relevant subjects
  5. TAR UC - Foundation in Business OR Relevant Diploma
  6. Other IHL - Relevant Foundation/ Diploma accredited by MQA

Compulsory subjects:
(1), (2), (3) and (4) must include -

  • SPM Credit/ O Level Grade C in Mathematics#/ UEC Grade B in one mathematics subject#
  • SPM Credit/ O Level Grade C/ UEC Grade B in English Language*

#Grade B and above in AMMS0104 General Mathematics conducted by TAR UC is accepted as having fulfilled the mathematics requirement for applicants with a pass in SPM/Grade D or Grade E(Pass) in O Level/Grade C in UEC in the required mathematics subject.

*Grade B and above in AELE 0364 English Language conducted by TAR UC is accepted as having fulfilled the English Language requirement for applicants with a pass in SPM English Language/Grade D or Grade E (Pass) in O Level English Language/ Grade C in UEC English Language.

Note:
SPM holders must have at least a pass in Bahasa Melayu and SPM holders from Year 2013 onwards must have a t least a past in Sejarah.
