The Diploma in Interior Design programme is designed to prepare students to create functional and dynamic interior spaces, be they for public places, homes or offices. Students acquire the knowledge and capabilities to become innovative designers, capable of critical thinking and effective design communication, applying their design abilities with an awareness of the relationship between people and their environments.
Students will develop an understanding of principles and practice of contemporary construction technology, and be instilled with capabilities such as space planning, creative problem-solving, communication and understanding of design issues, which will enable them to redefine interior spaces.
Ultimately, the programme aims to develop graduates who can apply design approaches to create dynamic and contemporary interior spaces for a variety of requirements.
