It is a comprehensive programme which incorporates various aspects of construction management with emphasis on process, analysis and detailed understanding of theories and methods applied in construction and development. The programme was formally known as Bachelor of Construction Management (Hons).

The programme is offered on full time and part time basis. The minimum duration of study for full-time is three and half years. Students with a Diploma in Building of UiTM, may get through fast-track initiatives as this programme is a continuation of a 3-year diploma programme integrating with 6-month period of industrial placement. Diploma in Building from UiTM with a minimum CGPA of 2.50.
Or
Diploma in Building from UiTM with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 and a minimum of one (1) year relevant working experience.
Or
Diploma in Building Surveying/Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Diploma in Civil Engineering/Bachelor of Science in Architecture/Diploma in Interior Design from UiTM with a minimum CGPA of 2.75.
Or
Diploma in Building Surveying/Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Diploma in Civil Engineering/Bachelor of Science in Architecture/Diploma in Interior Design from UiTM with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 and one (1) year relevant working experience.
Or
Diploma in Building from other institutions recognized by Public Services Department, Malaysia with minimum CGPA of 3.00.
Or
Diploma in Building from other institutions recognized by Public Services Department, Malaysia with minimum CGPA of 2.75 and one (1) year relevant working experience.
Or
Diploma in any relevant area from other institutions recognized by Public Services Department, Malaysia with minimum CGPA of 3.00 and two (2) years relevant working experience.
and
Pass in SPM equivalent with five (5) credits in Mathematics/Additional Mathematics/Physics/Chemistry/Additional Science/Science and pass in English.
with
MUET Band 1
or
Associate Member of The Chartered Institute of Building.

Career prospects for students graduating with a degree in Construction Management are highly favourble.
The course prepares graduates for wide range of careers in the area of the design and management of the construction process.  The attributes of graduates of the programme: links with professional work in practice and professional body affiliation (CIOB accredited centre).
The transferable skills that graduate have acquired during the degree course, gives opportunities for graduates to employed in diverse and interesting range of activities outside construction management to complement the industry. With the rising urban population, opportunities for construction management graduates should be available in years  to come.
Graduates of Construction Management programme are highly sought after as project managers, site managers, construction managers, project co-ordinators and development managers and can command good salaries and career prospects.
