SPM at least Credits in Bahasa Melayu and a Pass in Sejarah. Credits in July's Bahasa Melayu Paper will also be counted

AND

STPM at least PNGK 2.00 with Grade C in 3 subjects including Pengajian Am;

AND

MUET at least Band 1

SYARAT KHAS

STPM at least PNGK 2.50

AND

STPM at least Grade B in any 2 of the following subjects:

• Biology
• Chemistry
• Physics/Mathematics(T)

AND

SPM at least Grade C in the followig subjects:

• Mathematics/Additional Mathematics/July's Mathematics paper

AND

SPM at least a Pass in the following subjects:

• English

AND

MUET at least Band 2
