The main focus of the program is on the activities of the maritime and logistics sector with a focus on shipping, port and marine management. Freight by sea reaching a level of about 85% of national cargo freight is strategic to national interests and other freight systems are also covered in the program.

General University Requirements

Passed the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) / equivalent with credit in Bahasa Melayu / Bahasa Malaysia or credit in Malay / Bahasa Malaysia July Paper;

and

Obtain a Diploma or other equivalent equivalent recognized by the Government of Malaysia and approved by the IPTA Senate;

or

Pass the Malaysian High School Certificate (STPM) examination in 2010 or earlier with at least;

• Grade C (NGMP 2.00) in General Studies subjects;

and

• Grade C (NGMP 2.00) in two (2) other subjects;

or

Pass the Matriculation examination in 2010 or earlier with a minimum CGPA of 2.00;

and

Earned at least Level 1 (Band 1) in the Malaysian University English Test (MUET).

Special Needs Program

For Diploma / equivalent candidates, at least CGPA / CGPA of 3.00.

Bagi calon lepasan STPM / Matrikulasi tahun 2010 atau sebelumnya:-

Mendapat sekurang-kurangnya Gred B- (2.67) dalam mana-mana satu (1) mata pelajaran berikut:-

dan

Mendapat sekurang-kurangnya Gred C (2.00) pada peringkat STPM / Matrikulasi dalam mata pelajaran berikut:

atau

Mendapat sekurang-kurangnya kepujian (Gred C) pada peringkat SPM dalam mata pelajaran berikut:

• Mathematics

dan

Mendapat sekurang-kurangnya lulus (Gred E) pada peringkat SPM dalam mata pelajaran berikut:
