Course Overview

Accounting involves the systematic recording, classification, analysis and reporting of financial information in accordance with established financial reporting rules and standards.

The Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) Accounting is designed to develop competent and professional accounting graduates for employment across a wide range of industries.

Alongside core accounting knowledge, students are introduced to digital business and technology through areas such as financial technology, digital media technology and financial prediction using machine learning in Python.

The programme also incorporates the Alibaba Global Digital Talent programme, covering digital transformation and digital entrepreneurship. Students who successfully complete both components may receive the relevant certifications.
