The UTAR Bachelor of Communication (Honours) Advertising degree provides in-depth knowledge of the advertising field as well as an introduction to marketing-related areas. Students will learn how to incorporate a variety of communication tools into an effective communication strategy. This programme aims to produce professionals with cutting-edge knowledge in the field who can play active roles in shaping and developing the advertising industry on a national and global level.
Furthermore, students will be given a solid foundation in the most recent developments in multimedia communication. Students also receive a solid foundation in design and participate in an industrial training programme in advertising agencies or marketing/communication divisions of large corporations.
