Malaysian Talent Receives The 100 Most Influential Young Entrepreneurs Award!

Stefan Mah, Managing Director of Naga Reka Impian Sdn Bhd has been presented The 100 Most Influential Young Entrepreneurs (MIYE) Award 2019. He was recognised for his talent, skill, attitude and analytical abilities as a leading creative in the industry.

Stemming from a designer background, Stefan’s pathway to creative success kicked off upon graduating from The One Academy’s School of Interior Design. Today, he is well known for his creative interior designs, mainly in the theme of modern, futuristic and industrial designs.

Founder and CEO of Vince Academy, Vincent Nee recounts Stefan’s skill, talents and values, explaining why he fits the bill of an influential young entrepreneur to a tee. “My first impression of Stefan was that he looked overly stylish. He appeared to me as a highly-stylish fashion veteran who knows what to wear and what to accessorise on every occasion. He was generous enough to share a few insights with me, without charging a consultation fee”, states Vincent.

Achieving this award demonstrates his devoted efforts to craft his own pathway of success. His leadership style is a key contributor to his success. A boss gives orders and commands their employees, but a leader guides and take the first step for his employees. His leadership is his most defining trait, and he is able to unite all the employees from different departments to work towards a single, unified goal.

Apart from all the business deals and office encounters in office, Stefan is known to be a very goofy and down-to-earth person that is able to joke around and make everyone around him laugh their hearts out. “There was once when we went out for drinks, and he knew he couldn't drink much, but he still gave a shot with a glass of wine out of courtesy for the event. He found himself a little bit tipsy and intoxicated, and yet he is persistent in being courteous to us all, this created a strong impression”, recounts Vincent.
