Lee began his international career in Nairobi, Kenya where he was Deputy Head of Preparatory at Nairobi Academy. For the last 25 years he has worked as a teacher and school leader with 12 years as Head of School. This experience has taken him and his family to seven countries and has included working with a variety of curriculums. Whilst serving as Director at the International School of Riga, the school leadership worked with the Latvian Ministry of Education to support the development of new pedagogy that was incorporated into the Latvian National Curriculum. The school was recognised for its innovation and commitment to great learning.
To support his professional growth Lee has completed an MBA in Educational Leadership at the University of Leicester, an MA in International Education at the University of Sunderland and a Post Graduate Diploma in Education with a focus on initial teacher training at the University of Nottingham. Additionally, he is a certified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner. He is experienced at leading schools through accreditation and is a visiting school accreditation leader.
