AAT (The Association of Accounting Technicians) has been changing lives for over 40 years, with its practical accounting qualifications that are in demand from employers around the world.
Yayasan Peneraju Pendidikan Bumiputera (Yayasan Peneraju), is an agency under the Prime Minister’s Department (Special Functions) that focuses on developing and strengthening Bumiputera talents in line with the government’s efforts to drive Malaysia towards a high-income nation through its structured academic, TVET, professional, technology and specialist certification funding programmes.
System & Skills Training Concept (SSTC), as the largest training provider of AAT in Malaysia, has been appointed by Yayasan Peneraju to offer Bumiputera students aged 18 – 25 years the opportunity to apply for the fully-funded Skil Iltizam AAT Level 3 Diploma in Accounting with Cloud Accounting Certification.
Successful candidates receive full AAT tuition, free learning and training materials, AAT registration and exam fees, insurance, free hostel accommodation and a monthly allowance during the 9-months full-time training. All candidates are required to attend physical classes at SSTC Training Centre located in Puchong, Selangor.
Upon completion of the training, we help you gain full-time employment by high-paying industries.
To apply for the programme you must submit an application form, together with a copy of your IC, Birth Certificate, and SPM certificate. We will then make a selection from the applications received to go forward to an interview stage. The quota for each cohort is twenty (20) applicants. There are four (4) cohorts; July 2022, Sept 2022, March 2023 and July 2023.

ALL candidates will be taught by trained and experienced AAT tutors. Candidates will be given work-oriented tasks and mock assessments with plenty of practical assessments, before attempting the real assessments. SSTC pass rates have been consistently above the world pass rates. All assessments are onlin, giving candidates the flexibility for scheduling.
Eligibility for the AAT Fully Funded Scholarship by Yayasan Peneraju
- Bumiputera age limit between 18 to 25 years
- You are a Malaysian citizen
- You are not receiving any government funding right now
- You have an SPM qualification with credits in English and Math
- You are not currently enrolled in any job, diploma or degree with other organization
- You have the passion and availability to complete the 9-months training and a further 6 months employment monitoring.
