Course Description | Foundation in Arts is designed to provide entry into degree programmes in Business, Information Technology, Language Studies and Architecture. Students have to study all the subjects listed in the programme module. However, students wishing to pursue a degree in Architecture are given the option to replace Accounting and Business Law subjects with Introduction to Build Environment and Introduction to AutoCAD. The total credit hours vary based on the field chosen by the student: Business, Information Technology and Language Studies (51 credit hours) and Architecture (50 credit hours). Students undergoing this programme have a wide option of degree programmes available such as Business, IT, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, Network Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Advertising, Corporate Communication, English for Professional Communication, and Architectural Studies. This programme helps develop critical thinking and language skills. It also gives an insight into the field you choose for the degree programme. | ||||||||||||
