Course Description | The student will acquire the skills in installation, testing & commissioning, and maintenance to ensure system safety, reliability and efficiency for renewable energy technologies, particularly, solar and wind power, which are the fastest growing sources of electricity besides geothermal and biomass systems. The requirements for certifying the distributed renewable energy systems will also be emphasized to ensure that the graduate is prepared for system installer certification which is require by the Sustainable Energy Development Authority (SEDA). |
