Course Description | The Diploma in Multimedia Communication Design has been specifically designed to provide our graduates with skills and competencies that are highly sought after by prospective employers. It aims at producing graduates who have a mastery of a range of multimedia design skills, supported by professional skills in the area of visual communication, computing, animation, media production and design management.In a continually evolving technological multimedia environment and the increasing demand for high-quality multimedia design products by the Malaysian economy, the Diploma in Multimedia Communication Design develops flexibility and adaptability in its approach to design through an emphasis upon transferable skills applied to specialised study. Multimedia defines a range of computer-based media production, processing and delivery technologies, and describes a genre of communication characterised by the digital convergence and integration of graphics, text, audio, video, animation and interactive computing. The Diploma in Multimedia Communication Design focuses on maximising the potential of multimedia as an effective communication tool through the design of content, appropriate use of audio / video technologies and its presentation in business, computing and consumer fields and as a medium of creative expression. |
