Entry Requirements

  • Possess a Diploma in Nursing from an institution recognised by the Malaysian Nursing Board (MNB);
  • Registered with MNB;
  • Possess current Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) for nurses from MNB;
  • Minimum two (2) years clinical working experience
  • Health Status:
    • All candidates must be certified medically fit by a registered medical practitioner within one (1) month from commencement of the nursing programme.
    • A person with any of the following shall be disqualified from entry into a nursing programme:
      • Serious physical or mental illness, and/or
      • Serious communicable disease
      • HIV/AIDS
      • Hepatitis B
      • Hepatitis C
      • Epilepsy
      • Colour blindness
      • Any physical disabilities or impaired sense that hinder nursing dexterity
