Course Overview

This programme is a professional course that provides a recognised qualification in Quantity Surveying, and offers a pathway towards becoming a registered Quantity Surveyor.

The Bachelor of Quantity Surveying (Hons) programme emphasises creativity, rationalisation, and innovation. It focuses on the teaching of measurement of construction and legal issues and emphasises on training to improve technical, management and development skills. These skills enable students to absorb a wider range of knowledge, adapt to various conditions, and to solve problems creatively and innovatively.

Graduates of this programme will understand the co-relation between economics, technology, management and law, adding value to the financial and procurement management of construction projects.
