SPM at least Credits in Bahasa Melayu and a Pass in Sejarah. Credits in July's Bahasa Melayu Paper will also be counted.

AND

Pass STPM with at least PNGK 2.00 with Grade C in 3 subjects including Pengajian Am.

MUET at least Band 1

SYARAT KHAS

STPM at least Grade B in Pengajian Am Subject

AND

SPM at least Pass in Mathematics/Additional Mathematics

Pass MEdSI Test

Pass the interview given by UPSI
