MASTER IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION (SPECIALISATION IN ENTREPRENEURSHIP)

Objectives
The main goal is to make sure that each graduate will eventually start and run their own businesses and become an entrepreneur. UNITAR’s Entrepreneurship master’s degree is an advanced degree that provides skills for students to run an existing business and to eventually start their own venture or run an existing business with an eye towards expansion and growth in a new area of business.

The Entrepreneurship master’s degree provides training that focuses on creating, running, and managing a business targeted at graduates who ultimately want to create and manage their own business or use those skills within an existing business to help companies expand into a new area of business.

Programme Structure
Students require a total of 45 credit hours of graduate work consisting of the following:

• Thirteen graduate-level business core courses of three credit hours each
• One project paper of six credit hours

The following is the list of courses in the Master of Business Administration programme to be completed over 2 years or 6 semesters:

Entry Requirements
An honour’s degree or equivalent from other institutions recognised by the Malaysian government or professional body with 3 years’ work experience at a supervisory level.

International students are required to have an English proficiency of TOEFL of 550 OR IELTS BAND 6 (for those without TOEFL and IELTS, discussion to offer Intensive English with CLGS will be done accordingly).

Duration of Study: 2 years
